The following items were considered at the latest meeting.
Wall repairs.
The damaged wall on the Langwood Gardens boundary is to be restored and the cost is approx. £200.
Shut that gate!
Please remember to close the gate. Keeping it closed helps to deter trespassers who are unsure if it is locked.
NTL: cable tv, phone & broadband.
Recently there have been more problems with work done badly by NTL fitters. Residents are reminded that our regulations are strict and any deviation will have to be remedied at your own expense. If you are in any doubt at all please contact Dennis for advice before any work is undertaken.
Syd Hall
Syd is presently in Harefield hospital awaiting a heart bypass operation. Everyone will want to join in wishing him a speedy recovery.
Finally, the Directors and the Committee wish all shareholders, residents and their loved ones a very happy Christmas holiday and a peaceful New Year.
